CLASSIC CAKES

Vanilla Cake

Vanilla cake brushed with vanilla bean simple syrup, filled with vanilla pastry cream and frosted in vanilla whipped cream.

Coconut Cake

Vanilla cake brushed with coconut rum simple syrup and filled with coconut cream.  Frosted in vanilla whipped cream and coated with toasted coconut. (Can be made gluten-free upon request)

 

Double Chocolate Cake

Devil’s food cake brushed with cold brew coffee simple syrup, filled and frosted with a chocolate crème fraiche buttercream.

 

Carrot Cake

Moist carrot cake made with pineapple and walnuts.  Filled with and frosted with traditional cream cheese buttercream and garnished with toasted chopped walnuts.

Banana Cake

Naked banana cake filled and topped with kisses of brown butter cream cheese frosting.  Garnished with crunchy caramelized white chocolate pearls.

Rich and velvety chocolate flourless cake glazed in chocolate ganache, garnished with edible gold dusted chocolate, swirls of whipped chocolate passion fruit ganache, fresh seasonal fruit, and cocoa nibs.
